I founded Appealing Assets after years of property management and real estate advisory work demonstrated how property tax reviews can generate significant savings for owners and clients. Despite being one of the largest recurring expense items for many commercial properties, assessments often receive far less scrutiny than nearly any other line item in operating budgets.

For commercial owners, real estate taxes can materially affect cash flow, tenant pass-throughs, and long-term asset value. Appealing Assets was built to bring a more focused, analytical review process to that expense category.

Noah Jensen is a commercial real estate professional with experience across asset management, real estate advisory, valuation analysis, property-level financial analysis, and ownership-level decision-making. His work is focused on valuation, value optimization, risk reduction, and identifying opportunities to improve asset performance.

With a Master’s in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver and experience across more than 700,000 SF of commercial assets, Noah brings an analytical, ownership-minded approach to helping commercial property owners identify savings, reduce inefficiencies, and make better-informed asset-level decisions.
